It also features a blog answering common questions regarding medical and dental malpractice, helping potential clients to understand legal definitions of medical malpractice under various circumstances — including the difference between unfortunate medical outcomes and actual breaches of the standard of care via errors by doctors, nurses and other health practitioners.
