A New Year, A New Website — Park City, Utah Estate Planning Attorney

We had the pleasure of working with Utah attorney Jessica Peterson again on the creation and launch of a new website for her Park City estate planning firm, Summit Legacy Planning. The Modern Firm previously worked with Jessica on the website for her separate criminal defense practice, J. Peterson Law, PLLC. For the last decade, Jessica has devoted her legal career to holding her clients' hands through complicated and stressful times in their lives. A busy mother of two, she knows the importance of having an estate plan in place and wants to ensure that her clients have the peace of mind that they have a solid, comprehensive and custom estate plan in place to preserve their legacy and protect their loved ones. Summit Legacy Planning is not your traditional old-fashioned law firm — for example, her fees are billed at flat rates and special membership program plans are also offered to ensure you have regular estate plan reviews and updates, as well as access to Jessica for additional legal services and advice. She also offers a separate IronClad Kids Safety Plan which is intended to help parents of minor children plan ahead for the best care of their children.

The main photo featured is an endearing photo of two young children embracing each other, which complements attorney Jessica Peterson's goal: to ensure your loved ones are protected and cared for if you become unable to do so.
