New Website for Las Vegas Criminal Defense Lawyer Highlights His Singular Credentials

Before Las Vegas attorney Joe Gersten opened The Gersten Law Firm, he earned his Master of Forensic Sciences degree and worked for the Intelligence Division of the U.S. Secret Service, as well as the Office of Criminal Investigations at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He also is an approved Concealed Firearm Instructor for Nevada and Utah and is certified by the National Rifle Association (NRA) in more than nine disciplines.

Joe parlayed all these unique experiences and skills into a practice that includes Nevada criminal defense, personal injury, and family law. His criminal practice, which is wide-ranging and influenced by his Las Vegas location, includes drug offenses, solicitation and prostitution, casino marker cases, firearm offenses, domestic violence cases, and tourist and visitor arrests.

Before opening his own practice, Joe worked as a lawyer for two large insurance companies and a private law firm, focusing primarily on trial work. Litigation comes naturally to him. But so does teaching — following in the footsteps of his father, who was a teacher, Joe lectures in business law and real estate at UNLV.

The backdrop for Home page of the website is a stunning photo of downtown Las Vegas against the mountains. A deep shade of blue in the photo (blue is most peoples' favorite color — deep blue signifies trust, intelligence, and strength) is carried through in color scheme of the site. On subsequent pages, only the mountains from the photo show across the top of the page, so the website flows from page to page from the very beginning. The website incorporates and highlights Attorney Gersten's unique background and experience in a number of places. The breadth of his practice shows on every page by links to all major practice areas. On the criminal defense page, excerpts from and links to all subpages are included, making it easy for visitors to get to the specific help they need. The website includes a blog in the form of an Intel/FAQ page (with topics already included on roll-out), as well as client testimonials. In other words — this new website has got it all right from the start!
