Founding partner Neil H. Ekblom built his practice with a focus on complex healthcare, professional liability and related tort and health law contractual matters. His speaking engagements and publications bear out his expertise in pinpointed niches such as "Basic Fraud and Abuse Avoidance for the Ophthalmologist" and "Informed Consent Makes A Difference In LASIK Litigation."

The new website has a striking opening, where an interior office photo doubles as both warm welcome and artful, almost abstract image. The interior page photos are just as beautifully composed and, perchance, symbolic. It's hard to escape seeing the great shots of the firm's attorneys outdoors in their coats as connected to the firm's philosophy that "every new matter is treated as if a verdict may be required" — so they're always ready to head off to court.
