On the Third Day of Websites: Attorneys for Ohio Financial Institutions

This month we also launched a new website for the Ohio attorneys of Meyer & Kerschner, Ltd. The firm consists of a dozen or so attorneys and professional staff (not counting Lucky the Office Cat, who the site makes clear is "not licensed to practice law in any state or federal court") with a practice dedicated to financial and corporate law. 

In particular, the firm has provided legal representation for many of Ohio's leading community banks and credit unions, providing support in areas from real estate default to director, officer and executive liability representation. 

Managing Partner Karl C. Kerschner describes the firm's uniqueness in the following ways:

First, we concentrate on financial institutions as the primary focus of our practice. We have developed a niche legal practice that focuses on this area of the law and hire only those lawyers and staff persons who share our passion for financial institution representation. Our strict focus and disciplined culture allow our lawyers and staff the opportunity to daily concentrate on legal issues that impact our financial institution clients.

Second, our law firm operates with the same community-based approach as our financial institution clients.

This is another website that owes much design thanks to the attorneys' own photography. Throughout the site, we included striking photos of the firm's buildings. 

The site also owes a lot simply to the attorneys' track records: a highlight is their "Client Perspectives" page, featuring testimonials from numerous past clients.

The compact but effective home page provides a great combination of visuals and easily accessible information — from the photographic slideshow to prominent buttons featuring primary areas of practice, a Managing Partner's Message, and a quick link to the Client Perspectives section.
