Ayan joined The Modern Firm in 2025, bringing with her years of experience in advertising and marketing for companies in industries ranging from information technology to industrial equipment sales. She has degrees in both Marketing and Software Engineering. Her combination of strong communication skills and analytical thinking makes her an ideal fit for the needs of small law firms looking to get the most impact from their advertising budget.
Responsibilities
In her role as a Paid Advertising Specialist, Ayan creates customized, cost-effective strategies for attorney advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms. In addition to developing and optimizing digital ad campaigns, she tracks and reports on their performance. She works closely with our Marketing Services team to ensure alignment across all client marketing initiatives.
Ayan analyzes the performance of clients’ ad campaigns, tracks conversions, and provides insights to tweak ads and improve their effectiveness. She enjoys using both her technical skills and her creativity to problem-solve and help small law firms succeed!
Away From the Desk
Ayan is mom to a little boy whose capacity for mischief is exceeded only by his charm, so she doesn’t really have what you could call “free time.” Even so, she’s still managing to complete the requirements for her sommelier certificate; cook, study food anthropology, and write a food blog; and train for and run 10K races. She’s hoping to get her son to burn off some energy by running with her.
What You May Not Know

- She hates fish. Not just the kind on a plate, the kind that are swimming around in the water. (Naturally, her son is fascinated by them.)
- Ayan loves statistics, and believes that if you have enough numbers and enough time, you can find the answer to anything.
