New Website for Great Lakes Trial Attorney

Jeffrey K. Van Nest isn’t like other lawyers. He came to The Modern Firm knowing that needed a new website that would showcase his distinct approach.

A veteran trial attorney and dedicated public servant, Jeff’s approach to delivering justice for his clients is one-of-a-kind. His  litigation practice combines decades of government service in the FBI and as a Navy lawyer with the skills he learned at the Trial Lawyers’ College, an immersive, invitation-only program founded by legendary attorney Gerry Spence. Like other graduates of the Trial Lawyers’ College, Jeff is committed to protecting the right to trial by jury and to representing ordinary people and their families in claims against corporations, insurance companies, and the government. 

Turning Insight into Impact

Our team dove deep to learn about Jeff’s background, motivations, and unique approach. The new website prominently features his practice areas and credentials and makes clear why clients and referring counsel should choose him. Each practice area page explains the Intelligence Cycle, which Jeff uses to identify litigation priorities, gather information, and develop a strategy in each of the high-impact, high-value claims the firm accepts.

Like all our websites, Jeff’s site uses responsive design technology to deliver an optimized experience whether visitors view it on a desktop, tablet, or mobile device.  The text was prepared by our attorney-copywriters, who all hold law degrees and have prior practice experience.
