WordPress 101: Adding New Video Posts

If your website has been configured to support video posts you can easily create new ones following these steps.

1. Get the Video ID from YouTube or Vimeo

Here is how this looks on YouTube while viewing the video you want to post:

2. Login to your dashboard and click "Videos" on the left

3. Add a Title

4. Add a Description (optional)

5. Under "Video Information" choose "YouTube" or "Vimeo" and input the Video ID

The video width and height will be automatically set if you leave them blank.

6. Publish the Video
