Amber Cruz

Amber joined The Modern Firm in March 2025. A graduate of New Mexico Highlands University, Amber has a strong background in customer service, web design, and front-end development, and has more recently transitioned into project management at digital agencies and a manufacturing company’s internal marketing team.

Responsibilities

In her role as Client Support Project Coordinator, Amber plays a critical role in ensuring our client websites run smoothly and efficiently. She serves as the primary point of contact for website and hosting clients after their website launches. For those clients, Amber manages everything from simple updates like adding an attorney to the website to addressing more complex technical issues. 

Amber takes a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to serving clients. With an independent spirit, she is proactive about researching and solving issues, always working to fulfill requests quickly and completely. 

The nature of her work often requires Amber to deal with clients who are stressed about an issue with their website; one of her superpowers is getting to the heart of the problem and helping clients feel better while she gets things back on track. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her calm and capable problem-solving.

Away From the Desk

Amber describes herself as a homebody. She loves spending time at home with her daughter Kirra, their dog, Frank, and their hamster, Jerry. Amber also enjoys being outdoors enjoying nature; getting creative with arts and crafts, sewing and gardening; and weightlifting
