Louisiana Estate Planning Firm Puts Down Roots with New Website

Attorney Rebecca Zotti established her own estate planning law firm, Aspen Estate Planning, LLC, with a mission: to spare other families the pain her own family had experienced after her parents’ death due to their inadequate planning. Understanding the impediments many people face in the estate planning process, Rebecca is committed to making estate planning convenient, accessible, and inclusive, with services for LGBTQ+ Planning and Pet Planning, among others.

While Rebecca has over 20 years of legal experience, Aspen Estate Planning is the first firm that she has headed. She chose the name because an aspen grove is really an underground interconnected root system with thousands of “stems:” the aspen trees. That interconnection creates resilience and strength, the very things Rebecca wanted her practice to build for her clients. She enlisted The Modern Firm to help bring that vision to life online.

Rebecca Zotti knew she was establishing a different kind of law firm. She wanted her law firm website to emphasize the truly client-centered nature of her practice, as well as the aspen groves that inspired its name. 

The Modern Firm’s branding process allowed us to spend time getting to know Rebecca and to understand her vision for the firm and its online presence. The branding platform document we created helped the entire team to do their work for the website, from imagery and design to written content, in a way that aligned with that vision. The website’s tagline, “Planning Rooted in Relationships” is a nod to both those majestic aspen groves and the connections Rebecca fosters through her services.
