Washington Employment Law Practice Unveils Updated Law Firm Website Design

Employer Solutions Law, based in Bellevue, Washington, is one of the few law firms in the state that represents employers exclusively in areas like workers’ compensation defense, WISHA/DOSH, and employment law. 

Managing attorney, Brian Padgett, purchased the firm from his employer,  and with his carefully selected team, set about enhancing what worked well about the practice’s culture and infrastructure, and overhauling what didn’t. 

Employer Solutions Law prides itself on being a resource on the law that matters to employers, so that they can create better, safer workplaces for their employees. The firm is respected not only for the quality of their legal work, but also for their educational programs and materials for employers. The team is proud of what they do—but were hesitant to drive traffic to their website, which they saw as outdated and not reflective of their efficient, proactive approach to helping employers.

The firm was regularly receiving contacts from employees, so it was important to them to make it clear that they represent employers only—without treating employees like the enemy. The website’s billboard image clearly proclaims what the firm offers: proactive legal solutions for employers. Those words are emblazoned on an image of puzzle pieces falling into place, just like the website itself was the last piece falling into place in the renewal and reorganization of the firm.
