San Mateo Private Defender Program Highlights Services with New Website

The Private Defender Program of the San Mateo County Bar Association was established in 1969 to serve people charged with crimes who could not otherwise afford a defense attorney. The nonprofit organization provides criminal defense services for individuals charged with felonies and misdemeanors, as well as representation for juvenile matters and other legal issues related to criminal defense. In addition, the organization provides many support services calculated to help their clients and improve outcomes for them.
