Luchansky Law is a four-attorney Maryland employment law firm representing employers in compliance, HR matters, and litigation, including contract drafting and negotiation and employee discipline and termination. Founding attorney Bruce Luchansky has practiced employment law for over 40 years, and headed his own firm for more than 20. 

The practice has represented both employers and employees, but over time has moved toward representing employers almost exclusively. The firm’s attorneys wanted a website that would publicly position them as employer-side employment attorneys. Since the firm’s existing website was several years old, they turned to The Modern Firm to create a website that would both look up-to-date and reflect the direction of their practice.

Bruce Luchansky observes that employment problems are, at their heart, people problems, and one of the things that distinguishes the firm from competitors is the attorneys’ ability to relate to their clients. The website reflects not only the attorneys’ skill, but their humanity. 

The website design is sharp and modern, yet warm, with gray, red, and black elements. The color is a welcome accent against a largely white backdrop, allowing the substance of the site to shine.
