New Website for Beaufort, South Carolina, Criminal Defense Law Firm

Jennifer Bouley began her career as a social worker, counseling high school students, many of whom had legal problems. She quickly realized that the legal system saw them only as their criminal charges, and not the people they truly were. She decided she could best serve this vulnerable population as an advocate, rather than a counselor. Jennifer opened Bouley Law in 2024 and represents individuals who have been charged with crimes in state and federal court. 

Making Her Vision a Reality 

Jennifer knew she would need a new website for her criminal law firm to reach her target audience and validate the firm to any new clients who are referred to her. She contacted The Modern Firm to help make her vision a reality. 

As part of our branding process, our team did a deep dive to learn about Jennifer, her goals, and her motivations. This brand platform became the backbone of the website design elements and text, which come together to create Bouley Law’s new website.

The new website greets visitors with engaging images and the firm’s tagline, “Strong Enough to Fight, Smart Enough to Win.” Drop-down menus and a slider highlight the firm’s practice areas, with a primary focus on criminal defense, and an additional page dedicated to personal injury and traffic violations. All web pages include a Contact Us section, which encourages visitors to make that all-important first call.    

The website uses soothing blues and yellows to convey a relaxed yet confident tone that reassures and inspires confidence. It is easy to navigate and clearly identifies Jennifer’s core practice areas, answers Frequently Asked Questions, and introduces visitors to Jennifer and her team.
