Established Philadelphia Niche Real Estate / Tax Law Firm Launches New Website

The Philadelphia-based law firm of Berman Indictor LLP is a specialized niche practice at the intersection of real estate and tax law. The attorneys primarily represent for-profit and nonprofit real estate developers in transactions that utilize federal and state tax credit subsidies, subsidized loan programs, and operating subsidies. Most of the projects involve one or more forms of governmental assistance.

An additional goal was to attract qualified professionals interested in job opportunities with the firm.

The TMF design team used the client’s current logo to create an attractive, easy-to-navigate design with all the essential components to accomplish the client’s goals. The design is fully responsive and easily accessible to users of all types of devices.
