After decades working as a tax lawyer in large, highly-respected law firms, Jerald David August established August Tax Law, P.C. as his own solo practice in 2024. Jerry is a “tax lawyer’s tax lawyer” who handles sophisticated business and international taxation matters, including tax controversies and litigation. He serves clients worldwide from his office outside Philadelphia.

When the client decided to establish his own practice after decades of practicing with large law firms, he sought help from The Modern Firm in establishing the digital footprint for the firm. He emphasized the need for the new website to showcase his exceptional, extensive experience, knowledge, and capabilities and fully reflect the unmatched character of his services. To address the client’s interest in expediting the digital visibility of his new firm, the TMF team created a temporary “mini website” for the client, to provide an internet presence while the full website was in development.

For the new site, the team created a new firm logo, along with a sophisticated but easy-to-navigate design to embrace the high level of his law practice, while fully communicating all the details of his experience and background that set him apart from other tax practitioners.

Based outside Philadelphia in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, August Tax Law serves clients throughout the United States and around the world.
