TMF Builds New Website for California OSHA Attorneys

OSHA law — that is, the laws and regulations of government Occupational Safety and Health Administrations — is about as specialized as law gets. There is federal OSHA law, Fed/OSHA, but also state-specific OSHA law. The California attorneys of Walter & Prince LLP primarily practice in the narrow area of California OSHA law, Cal/OSHA, and also handle Fed/OSHA matters when applicable.

As for what OSHA is, well, Walter & Prince's new website is aimed, in part, at answering that question. Certainly, an employer in need of their legal services already has the general idea: OSHA governs workplace health and safety. But, as is so often the case of course, the devil is in the details. Cal/OSHA regulations run the gamut from requiring workplace illness and injury prevention programs to mandating reports of serious injuries to prescribing procedures for inspections and citations. Walter & Prince not only advises and represents clients with regard to these often complex matters, but takes care to educate employers so they at least know where to start if faced with a Cal/OSHA issue.

The Modern Firm was really pleased, therefore, to work with Walter & Prince to build a brand new law firm website oriented in large part toward client education. The site's easy-to-access resources include OSHA FAQs, extensive helpful links, and a blog all about OSHA law. Our custom WordPress events post-type also allows the firm to easily update and display upcoming speaking events on OSHA and workplace safety matters.

A particularly impressive aspect of the site is the clarity with which the home page uses sans serif fonts and white space to present a great wealth of information — including an introduction to the firm and a sampling of upcoming events, blog posts, FAQs, and case results — without it feeling at all crowded.
