I've been reading dystopian pandemic fiction while sequestered at home. It just seems appropriate. In one apocalyptic scenario, older survivors are talking to the younger ones about the Internet. It's remembered as a magical, almost unimaginable place where folks could connect, share information, even save lives, remotely.
Guess what? The Internet is a magical place where folks can connect, share information, and even save lives! If you haven't found yourself being grateful for it recently, pause a second to think about it — then you surely will.
We at The Modern Firm often say, sometimes quite seriously: we're not EMTs. We don't provide the kind of essential services for which we're all so deeply appreciative right now from doctors, nurses, first responders, food producers and suppliers, delivery persons, and so on. On the other hand, we are proud and thankful to have meaningful work (from home) to do right now. Folks in pain, detention, or financial distress who need legal help can't put their problems aside for a pandemic; indeed, it often only makes their problems more immediate. So we also appreciate all the lawyers, paralegals, court personnel, and others out there doing their best to continue to serve their clients despite the disruption.
Seattle area personal injury attorney Brett Herron lives and works in one of the U.S.'s COVID 19 hotspots. We're glad he remains able to communicate with his clients online and by phone. His new law firm website explains his services and makes it very easy for folks to get in touch for a free consultation.
It also showcases the striking beauty of the Seattle area, which both inspires site visitors and, more mundanely but just as important, makes it immediately clear in the vastness of the magical Internet that they are at the right website for an attorney in their area (and not one with a similar name across the country).

Herron Law Office serves the greater Seattle area from offices in Burien and Bellevue, Washington.
