The Modern Firm has launched a new website for District Registered Agent Services, Inc. The firm provides businesses of all types and sizes located in the District of Columbia and throughout the U.S. with a registered agent in Washington, D.C. Corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, both for and not for profit, often wish to have a presence in or otherwise conduct business in the nation’s capital.
