Created as a second company for one of our existing clients, District Registered Agent Services, Inc. provides businesses of all types and sizes located in the District of Columbia and throughout the U.S. with a registered agent in Washington, D.C. Corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships - both for and not for profit - often wish to have a presence in or otherwise conduct business in the nation’s capital.
